The University of Bengkulu’s Master of Notary Affairs (M.Kn) Faculty of Law University of Bengkulu hosted a general study session on “The Role of Notary As Gate Guard Against Inheritance Law Issues” and invited Dr. Winanto Wiryomartani, S.H, M.Hum as a resource. Dr. Winanto in this case In addition to being a Lecturer Postgraduate Masters of Notary Education at the University of Indonesia, he served as the Expert Team Association Center Manager Indonesian Notary (INI) and Members Assembly honor Bond Official Maker Land Deed (IPPAT). Studying general was attended by more than 35 students from the Bachelor Program (S1) of the Faculty of Law, UNIB, as well as upper semester students who were studying civil law in the Notary Masters Study Program. Before the event began, the CEO Meri Suarti, S.Kom, S.H., gave a report. The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Amancik, SH, M.Hum, Dean Faculty of Law UNIB, who was represented by Dr. Emelia Kontesa, SH, M.Hum, Head of the Notary Master Program. Dr. Emilia thanked the entire student body for starting this MKn (Master of Notary) activity and thanked Mr. Winanto Wiryomartani for taking time out of his busy schedule to share his knowledge and experience with college students.

In his lecture, Dr. Winanto talks about the privilege of using the state’s insignia on the deeds he creates as a notary public. Finally, Mr. Win offers advice on how to draft a will and avoid mistakes that could result in civil or criminal penalties. Purna Herawan hosted the event, and Mr. Wid provided an explanation. He said, “Regulations legislation meant No only Law No. 30 of 2004 in conjunction with Law No. 2 of 2014, Regarding Position Notary, but a number chapter in regulation other legislation need also understood and observed. Because source authority Notary Public not only arranged in UUJN but also in regulation the current laws and regulations in Indonesia. At the end of the session, participants were asked various types of questions, and door prizes were distributed, as well as a photo session.
