Governor of Bengkulu, Dr. H. Rohidin Mersyah, also greatly appreciated the theme raised at this national seminar. According to the governor, in the face of global instability like today, the presence of the Constitutional Court is a beacon of hope for the Nation in maintaining regulations and state laws so that they remain by the 1945 Constitution as the Constitution in the Republic of Indonesia.
“In the midst of global instability, it has affected various sectors of life, also in legal developments. At present the development of our legal products is very dynamic, in fact there is often overlap of laws and regulations. Facing this, the work of the Constitutional Court is very much needed so that legal products can be organized, synergized and there are no deviations from the Constitution,” said Dr. Rohidin Mersyah.
