The Unit of research, Community Service and Publication (UPP) is a faculty support unit that carries out some tasks and functions in the field of research and community service. UPP is led by a Chair who reports directly to the Dean. UPP is led by a lecturer who is selected by the Dean who is in charge of coordinating and compiling research data and community service carried out by lecturers and students. The Head of UPP is tasked with conducting collaboration and networking with stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating the performance of research activities and community service, coordinating with other UPP faculties and University LPMs. The chairman in carrying out his duties is assisted by a secretary whose job is to assist the chairman in monitoring and evaluating the performance of research activities and community service. The form of UPP activities are: 1) Coordinate research, service and development of science and technology and publications. 2) conduct research, service and development of science and technology. 3) carry out research-based services. Improving professionalism, capability, accountability in governance and independence in conducting research and service. 4) Publish and socialize the results of research and service.
